About Me

My photo
The Wandering Graduate
Since I was a kid, I've never stayed in the same place long. A year after graduating college, I found myself having lived all over the country-- big cities (Tulsa, OK; Fort Myers, FL; Bentonville, AR) and tiny towns (Natural Dam, AR. Yeah, that's right). I've discovered one of my biggest passions, aside from writing, is travel-- whether I'm driving my car to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, catching a plane to Barbados or the Florida Keys, or finding out about my heritage in the United Kingdom. I'm a conundrum, constantly growing; evolving; adapting to my environment. Sometimes I create chaos; other times I try to achieve peace and harmony. I'm different every day; I'm me. What is it Marilyn Monroe said-- that cliche that so many women use as a 'quote that defines them'? Something about how if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best? Well, all I'll say is, if you can handle me at my worst, you deserve a cookie. But my best isn't too bad. Maybe you'll see a little bit of it all here-- sharing myself this way is a new experience, so enjoy the read-- and the ride.
